RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is looking for Technical Support Engineers that will offer support for our client's backup solutions for Public Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform) in Tempe, AZ.

Responsibilities: Technical Support Engineer provides technical support and in-depth troubleshooting for our client's clients (B2B) via telephone, email, and web conferencing Act as a technical focal point in relationships to fellow IT Professionals Research and troubleshoot customer problems and inquiries Technical Support Engineers updates and work assigned cases in a timely manner Contribute to documentation to build our client's knowledge base Technical documentation of all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in our CRM tool Technical Support Engineer contributes to documentation to build our client's knowledge base Proactively stay up to date with all the latest technologies concerning our client's products and the underlying technologies

REQUIREMENTS: Previous troubleshooting/administration experience is required Ability to quickly learn, understand and explain technical information Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution Excellent time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluent English (reading/writing/speaking)

Expertise in the following areas: Microsoft Azure (VMs, blob storage; roles, regions, security groups, etc.) Amazon AWS (S3, EC2; roles, regions, security groups, etc.) Google Cloud Platform (VMs, blob storage, VPC network, regions, etc.) Microsoft SQL (SQL Studio, simple queries) Microsoft Windows Server administration Linux administration Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, tools) Backups (concepts, software solutions, etc.)
