Customer Service Representative (Remote)

RentReporters is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our customer success team to help renters across the country improve their credit by reporting their on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus. We are seeking individuals with superb communication skills who will work with property managers to verify rent payments, allowing our customers to boost their credit scores and improve their financial lives.

We’re hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives who can work remotely (work from home).

These are two schedules to select from: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5pm. All schedules are based upon your respective time zone (thus 9am-5pm your time).

The CSR is relationship-focused and involves interacting with clients via phone, email, and chat (the majority of interactions are inbound; outbound being tied to following up).

Skills/Experience Required:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with computers, including, but not limited to email and internet search.

· Excellent problem-solving skills.

· 6+ months' customer service experience.

· No fear of and excellent ability to talk to customers (this is a relationship and service-centric business).

· Strong mindset and ability to work from home/remotely.

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

The following skills and experience are a plus:

· Worked remotely for at least 6 months.

· Bilingual Spanish.

· Proficiency with Salesforce and/or other CRM applications.
