Job Description:

As the Field Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our service technicians while still running your own service calls. This dual role offers a unique blend of leadership and hands-on technical work, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the service team in daily operations

Run your own service calls, demonstrating expertise and professionalism

Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Train and mentor service technicians to enhance their skills and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues in the field

Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician performance

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician

Valid HVAC certification and driver’s license

Willingness to run service calls and be hands-on
