Work Schedule:

Full-time positions, requiring an 8-hour workday.

Start times range from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, depending on the assignment.

Essential Requirements:

Tools: Candidates must possess all essential tools for apartment maintenance, including a multi-meter, cordless drill, screwdrivers, wrench set, pliers, and a flashlight.

Skills: Ability to perform common apartment maintenance tasks such as plumbing fixes, electrical work, painting, drywall, and carpentry.

Background: A clean criminal history and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.

Job Details:

These positions are temporary, with some offering a temp-to-hire option.

Work locations vary as assignments are distributed across the valley (North, East, South, West). Flexibility with commute is essential to maximize job opportunities.

Compensation:

The pay rate starts at $22 per hour and can go up to $25 per hour, depending on experience and credentials (DOE/DOC).
