As we expand our team, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters.

Job Description:

As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our customer outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to visit residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners, informing them about our special offers on AC tune-ups, repairs and installations. Your goal is to set appointments for our professional technicians to visit and provide these services.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit residential neighborhoods in the Phoenix area and engage with homeowners.

Inform homeowners about our special offers and the benefits of regular AC maintenance and repairs.

Set appointments for AC tune-ups, repairs and installations.

Accurately record homeowner information and appointment details.

Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners.

Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation to travel to various neighborhoods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with homeowners.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or door-to-door marketing is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Must pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive pay at $20 per hour. Additional $25 bonus for every completed appointment. Plus other spiffs!
