Breaking down inbound packages/kits that come in from customers, remove used materials and delivering to the next operation.

Assisting in bringing the packages to and from the delivery truck.

Cleaning, sorting, and prepping materials for reuse.

Building and prepping kit packs from scratch (inserting items into boxes with appropriate devices/components/contents).

Sorting consumable supplies for reuse or trash.

Performing device prep including, plugging, testing, cleaning, charging, purging data and scanning returned devices from patients.

Testing devices using computer assisted testing software, to meet or exceed predefined testing criteria.

Sorting and removing nonworking devices for further evaluation and repair, if necessary.

Performing inventory transactions timely and accurately.

Performing software upgrades, when required.

You are part ofThe Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) business, part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home, a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

High School Diploma or GED (required) and 2+ years of experience in product testing, distribution, inspection and/or inventory control

Proficiency in Windows based applications and MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow work instructions and work safely

Must be detail oriented and a team player

Must be sensitive to patient needs/data and patient confidentiality

Experience with electronic medical devices, modems, electronic testing devices and simulators (a plus)

Order fulfillment experience is (a plus)
