Serves as a resource to staff on clinical care.
Coordinates patient flow.
Responds to clinical emergencies.
Provides and ensures quality patient care.
Role Models self-development.
Assists in providing positive impressions to patients and visitors. Promotes a caring and compassionate approach to all interactions.
QualificationsMinimum:Experience:One (1) year experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or Charge Nurse experienceEducation:
Associate’s Degree - ADN, Diploma or foreign equivalent
BSN Preferred
Licensure:
Current AZ State RN license in good standing required.
Current BLS healthcare provider card (American Heart Association).
Preferred: ACLS obtained within six months of hire into position.
