Project Manager

RESPEC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our engineering team in our Anchorage, AK office. The Project Manager independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. This role works on major projects and/or several projects of moderate scope with complex features.This role will focus on:Lead engineering design and project management for Facilities projectsSupport senior leadership with business development activities and help strengthen client relationshipsInteract directly with clients to ensure successful project deliveryMentor and develop team members in both technical skills and professional growthAssist with proposals, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and tradeshowsDeliver projects within defined budget, schedule, and contractual commitmentsPrepare engineering plans…Assist with defining project scope and managing contract changes; negotiate scopes with subconsultantsDevelop technical reports, feasibility studies, and engineering designsProvide construction administration and coordinate construction management activitiesEstablish goals and performance feedback for team membersOther duties as assigned/commensurate with a senior engineer role
