Assistant Crane Technician Trainee – Baldwin County, AL

A local company is seeking a motivated Assistant Crane Technician Trainee to assist with overhead crane manufacturing, installations, and load testing. You will work closely with a lead technician/inspector, following instructions and performing tasks as required. This is a great opportunity for someone mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking to start or grow a career in the crane industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in manufacturing and installing overhead cranes

Perform load testing under supervision

Follow directions from lead technician/inspector

Climb, bend, lift, and work at heights as required

Travel across the Gulf Coast as needed

Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Good people skills and a positive attitude

Ability to climb, lift, and work with heights

Clean background (BG), drug test (DT), and driving record

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently

Location: Based in Baldwin County, AL (travel along the Gulf Coast)

Pay: Competitive, DOE
